Terms & Conditions - 90-Minute Brand Intensive

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW
KLC THE STUDIO is a company that provides business owners with strategic brand and marketing consulting. This agreement covers our 90-Minute Brand Intensive service (the "Intensive").

The purpose of the Intensive is to provide focused, strategic guidance on your brand positioning, messaging, and marketing direction through a single, concentrated consulting session with Kierra Conover ("Consultant").
By agreeing to these terms, you ("Client") acknowledge all policies and procedures contained within this document and agree to the following terms.

2. INVESTMENT & PAYMENT
Total Investment: $499
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our payment system and are non-refundable as outlined in Section 6.

3. SCOPE OF WORK
The Consultant agrees to provide the following during your 90-Minute Brand Intensive:
INTENSIVE SESSION INCLUDES:

One (1) 90-minute strategic consulting call via Zoom
Pre-call checklist to ensure you bring everything needed to maximize our time together
Real-time strategic guidance on brand positioning, messaging, and content direction
Actionable recommendations tailored to your business goals and current challenges
Session recording provided within 48 hours of completion

The Consultant is not an employee, manager, lawyer, accountant, therapist, or agent of your business. You understand that this Intensive provides strategic guidance and recommendations, but you are responsible for making final decisions and implementing any suggested strategies.

4. SCHEDULING & RESCHEDULING
Booking: After payment, you will receive a scheduling link to book your session within 30 days of purchase.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time using the provided rescheduling link. Sessions must be completed within 30 days of original purchase date.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled session without 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of your session with no refund.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To maximize the value of your Intensive, you agree to:

Complete the pre-call checklist and bring all requested materials to ensure we maximize our time together
Attend the session on time and prepared with specific questions or challenges
Participate meaningfully in the strategic discussion
Take responsibility for implementing (or not implementing) any recommendations provided

You acknowledge that this Intensive is educational in nature and that results depend entirely on your implementation of the strategies discussed.

6. REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of the Intensive and the time blocked for your session, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Inability to attend
Dissatisfaction with recommendations
Technical difficulties on your end


7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
This Intensive is provided for educational purposes only. The Consultant does not guarantee specific business results, income, or outcomes from implementing the strategies discussed. You acknowledge that:

You are 100% responsible for your business results
No guarantees are made regarding the success of any recommended strategies
Business endeavors involve inherent risk
Your success depends on your implementation and market factors beyond the Consultant's control


8. CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Mutual Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the Intensive.
Social Proof: You agree that KLC THE STUDIO may use general statements about your success and feedback as testimonials and social proof in marketing materials, including your name and business (unless you specifically opt out by emailing us within 7 days of your session).
Intellectual Property: All methodologies, frameworks, and strategic approaches shared during the Intensive remain the intellectual property of KLC THE STUDIO. You receive a limited license to implement recommendations for your own business but may not teach, share, or resell these methodologies to others.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATION
You acknowledge that the Consultant is not liable for any business decisions you make based on the Intensive, including but not limited to:

Financial investments or business changes
Personnel decisions
Marketing or product decisions
Any resulting business outcomes

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLC THE STUDIO and the Consultant from any claims arising from your participation in the Intensive.

10. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for:

Stable internet connection for the Zoom call
Working audio and video capabilities
A quiet, professional environment for the session
Any technical issues on your end that may affect the call quality


11. GENERAL TERMS
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
Amendments: KLC THE STUDIO reserves the right to update these terms. Current terms apply to your session.
Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the complete agreement between parties and supersede any prior communications.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

12. AGREEMENT

By checking this box and completing payment, you acknowledge that you understand these terms and agree to be bound by them.
